Description
The Cardiac Science Powerheart® G5 AED trainer is designed for students to train on the device in a CPR class. It can be use it to practice cardiac arrest situations for both pediatric and adult patients. Students can test defibrillation, CPR compression, and training pads without any added risk, as it is a non-shocking device.
The Cardiac Science G5 AED trainer comes with four pre-programmed scenarios. Voice prompts guide students so they know the course of action in these scenarios. The program can be stopped at any time, allowing students to learn at their own pace.
Using the latest Resuscitation Guidelines as a benchmark, it teaches students the proper rhythm through a metronome. At any time, instructors can change the conditions of the rescue to train students to adjust accordingly.
